I have always had a love of people and a deep desire to create connection. Words and writing have always been a passion for me. Being able to express myself and help others feel comforted, or better understood through the sharing of experience is particularly satisfying. Through my own personal and professional experience I have developed the inspiration and confidence to speak and write on many topics. I don't pretend to be an expert in anything, but I am a keen observer and enjoy describing and discovering what can be learned in our every day experiences. I have a special interest in resiliency. I believe every experience is an opportunity to grow in our understanding and connect more deeply with one another. I believe above all in the ability of ALL people to rise up in their own journey, whatever that may mean to them. In order to grow and support one another we need to reflect on our success and struggles and be willing to share. I am a strict believer in honesty and authenticity.
