This is the first of a number of videos I have been wanting to offer for a very long time. It is vital, now more than ever, that we all understand the realities of the health care system and how our choices, actions, and behaviour influence not only our care, but the system as a whole. Many of us are seeking care based on false assumptions and misunderstanding. This can have a highly detrimental affect on our care experience our health outcomes AND our perception of the care givers we encounter. For everyone’s sake we need to shift our thinking, change our relationships and begin manoeuvring as partners in our own care. Team work!!
